Atuman Australia is committed to providing clear, accurate, and reliable shipping information for customers in Australia. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping charges.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship within Australia only.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, unless otherwise stated.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

We may be unable to deliver to certain P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or restricted addresses where courier limitations apply.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (AEST) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotional events, or public holiday periods.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Standard Shipping

Shipping cost: A$8.00
Free standard shipping on orders over A$99.00
Transit time: 3–9 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 4–11 business days
(1–2 business days processing + 3–9 business days transit)

Express Shipping

Shipping cost: A$10.00
Transit time: 2–5 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
(1–2 business days processing + 2–5 business days transit)

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and are provided as a guide only. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, courier operations, weather events, public holidays, and periods of high shipping demand.

Remote and regional areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown in AUD and are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

For most orders, shipping fees are:

  • Standard Shipping: A$8.00

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over A$99.00

  • Express Shipping: A$10.00

For certain oversized, bulky, or freight items, different shipping charges may apply. Where applicable, the exact shipping charge will be clearly shown on the product page and/or at checkout before the order is submitted.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and courier details.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery estimates above, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • severe weather events

  • courier service disruptions

  • public holidays

  • high parcel volumes

  • remote delivery locations

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or tracking update.

To help us investigate, please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the packaging (if damaged)

  • any relevant tracking information

We will work with the courier and assess the issue in accordance with our store policies and your rights under applicable Australian consumer law.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to update the details. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
